Tacrus ointment

About the product

• It contains tacrolimus monohydrate in the amount of 0.1% and is used for the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema).

Tacrus ointment is prescribed to adults with normal immune systems and those who do not respond to or are intolerant to, other topical treatments such as steroids. In atopic dermatitis, an overreaction of the immune system causes skin inflammation (itching, redness, dryness). Tacrus ointment reverses the abnormal immune response and relieves skin inflammation and itching.
